Products are shipped within 1-3 business days (if not otherwise mentioned in the product details page). As soon as the shipment is dispatched, tracking details are made available in the order details page. Please note that some unwanted circumstances can cause delay in shipment. In case you do not get your shipping details within 72 hours of placing the order, please contact us by raising a support ticket.
Our products are covered by the refund policy in case customer receives damaged/incomplete/different item. Please note that we would require images/video (unedited/uncut) as a proof before processing refund. Without proof of wrong delivery, no refunds/returns/exchange will be processed.
Once you place an order, you can cancel the order before we ship it. Once an order is shipped, we cannot honor the cancellation request.
If the item received is not as promised (different item/damaged/incomplete) you can request partial/full refund or can raise a support request for exchange.
