Welcome to Roarr.Club! We’re excited to have you onboard as a seller on our platform. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions which outline the expectations and responsibilities for sellers:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Sellers must be Indian citizens.
  • Operating revenue should not exceed 15,00,000 INR if they do not have GST registration.

Onboarding Process:

  • Sellers must provide accurate details including name, address, and business name.
  • During onboarding, sellers must submit scanned or clear photographs of their Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank statement of the last three months.
  • The bank statement should clearly display the account holder’s name, account number, IFSC code, and must match the information provided in the PAN and Aadhaar.

Product Listing Guidelines:

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products listed adhere to the platform’s guidelines.
  • Sellers must guarantee that the listed products do not infringe on any copyright, and they possess the legal authority to sell them.

Shipping and Inventory:

  • Sellers are responsible for managing shipping and inventory themselves.
  • Sellers must adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for shipping as outlined by Roarr.Club.

Return and Refund Policy:

  • In the event of return or refund requests, sellers must address the request within two business days to prevent escalations.
  • Sellers must take appropriate actions according to the refund/return policy specified for each product.

Commission and Convenience Fee:

  • Sellers acknowledge that Roarr.Club will charge a commission for every product sold on the platform.
  • Additionally, sellers agree to pay the convenience fee as specified in the Seller Onboarding section of our website: https://roarr.club/seller-onboarding/.

By continuing as a seller on Roarr.Club, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your seller account.
